Gracias.

Go to Edit - Preferences - Convert from PDF and select "Text (Plain)" and click on Edit Settings. You'll be able to change the encoding used there.

  3. General
  4. Pantalla completa
  5. Presentación de página
  6. 3D y multimedia
  7. Accesibilidad
  8. Administrador de confianza
  9. Buscar
  10. Confianza en contenido multimedia (heredado)
  11. Cuentas de correo electrónico
  12. Firmas
  13. Formularios
  14. Identidad
  15. Idioma
  16. Internet
  17. JavaScript
  18. Lectura
  19. Medición (2D)
  20. Medición (3D)
  21. Medición (Geo)
  22. Multimedia (heredado)
  23. Ortografía
  24. Rastreador
  25. Revisión
  26. Seguridad
  27. Seguridad (mejorada)
  28. Servicios en línea de Adobe
  29. Unidades

Do you recognize where is the option "Text (Plain)"?

Thanks for you help.

What you need to look for is "Convert from PDF", but I don't see it in that list.

Maybe this is only available in Acrobat, not in Reader.

Hi, try67,

Thanks for you replies.

Yes, maybe the option is not for Reader...

Then, do you think that I will have to back to the previous version ("2020.06.20042")? (and disable the updates).

Seems so... I would also report it as a bug to Adobe, as it should be possible to change the encoding.

One other thing you can try is to manually select all the text in the and then copy it and paste into a text editor that allows you to specify the encoding, like Notepad++.
