Did request redistribution license twice

Hey,

we did request the redistribution license twice and still got nothing from Adobe. (We did it twice, because we waited 2 weeks and still got no response..)

Is there any contact, which we can use to get any information?

Hi Lice,

Sorry for the delay in response.

If you have sent your request with a public email id( eg.:  .gmail, .yahoo, .outlook) the system will reject your request.

If the above is not true, help me with your email id using which you sent the request via private message: How Do I Send Private Message I will get that checked.
