Digital signature popup

when the user receives a PDF from someone which might require his digital signature, and expects a popup saying "Would you like to sign the document" with Yes or No option. 

is it posibble ??

Thanks for reaching out. As described above, you want to know about the popup message for sign, correct?

If someone has used Adobe Sign to send you an agreement for signing, you receive an email notification with a link to sign the agreement. Also, if you use Acrobat DC or Acrobat Reader DC desktop application, you see a notification that an agreement has been shared with you for signing.
