Digital signatures become invalid right after applied

Hello.

I have a strange issue where when I apply a digital signature it immediately becomes invalid, as if the document was modified after the signing process.

The problem is somewhat solved by deleting all the trusted certificates, which makes me able to apply valid signatures validated by other programs. If I redownload AATL the signature validates on Adobe Reader.

Since I don't want to clear the certificates each time I need to sign something, can anyone help?
