Hi, I want to make sure, that users only uses our internal certificates issued from or internal Certificate Authority (CA). Is there a way, to allow digital signing of documents only with certificates which have been issued from a specific Root CA or Intermediate CA? Users should not be able to use self-created or issued certificates or from different CAs.
Question is related to Adobe Reader DC (v23.3)
thanks, Alex

Hi @Alexander31010189up4k,

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

I would suggest trying the lockdown features to restrict the ability to add or use other certificates.

You can view this link for more: Digital Signatures (adobe.com)

If the above link does not help, you can try using the umbrella category for Certificates to check for more relevant lockable features: Digital Signatures (adobe.com)

Hope this helps.
