Disable "Get to Know Acrobat Reader" in registry

I want to disable the following "Get to know Acrobat Reader" prompt that appears when opening Acrobat Reader for the first time via the registry:

Hi Derekwb91,

You may refer to the Adobe ETK and try the following steps mentioned under the-

Preference Reference for Acrobat and Adobe Reader >Home Screen and Startup >bToggleFTE

Relaunch the application and check again.
