Display Probelm

New Here ,
May 03, 2019 May 03, 2019

All of my Acrobat displays have a split screen that doesn't allow me to see the bottom half of the page - it is blank white or it has text from a portion of the top page along the bottom half of the page.  No other applications (word, excel, Chrome, etc.) have this problem.  I have refreshed my display settings but am not able to fix it.  Has anyone experienced this issue?

Hi timr82325435

Sorry to hear about the trouble and we  apologize for the delay in response to your query.

Could be a possibility your application didn't install correctly?

  • Please ensure whether you have got the latest patch of Acrobat/Reader installed or not. Open Acrobat>Help>Check for update
  • If you have got any external monitor connected, then check the display after disconnecting it.
  • If everything at its place, then remove Acrobat using cleaner tool: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

and do a fresh install: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

Thanks,

Akanchha
