No matter what word file I open (word 13), when I save it as a PDF, the document title is "global sales process" even though the file name is completely different. This just started. I reinstalled acrobat reader and this problem still occurs. There is no security or permissions on the document. Can someone help? Thank you.
It sounds like a bug in Word, worth checking with Microsoft as you aren't using any Adobe product to make the PDF.

Hi,
If using https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf to convert Word to PDF, could you please try using another Web Browser like Google Chrome/Internet Explorer/Mozilla Firefox and see if this behavior changes.
If using Reader's Create PDF option, try clearing temp files on your computer:
Hold down Windows key and press R on your keyboard, type temp in run dialogue box>hit Enter.
Select all the contents of the folder by pressing Ctrl+ A>then press Shift+Delete
Could you please let me know the steps you are taking to convert Word to PDF?

Hi! I am converting my Word document to PDF within Word 2013 itself. I discovered that the problem lay in Word – the file name was design document but the title was “global sales”. I changed the title to match the file name and the conversion to PDF worked fine. Apparently PDF uses the document title. I don’t know what I did to get a random document title, but all is okay now. Thank you for responding.
