I've downloaded acrobat reader, the free version. Then I double click in the app in my file. Then a window call Adobe Manager pops up and it is blank (grey actually) and nothing happens. What to do?

Hi paulc2384607,

Please install Adobe Acrobat reader from here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Could you please let us know if you get the blank screen when you try to open Adobe Reader application.

Can you share the screenshot of the window you get?

Thank you. I've been out of town and I'm a bit behind. I will check your response tomorrow.Unexpectedly my OPERA browser took care of the immediate problem.

Wow!It downloaded with only very minor problems and furthermore when I tested, it printed properly instead of trying to save that file.

Everything is fine. THANK YOU!!.
