I have purchased several products over the years.  HOw do I know which ones are available and which ones are being used?  Also, when I download software to my desktop it asks me to enter the serial number but when I enter it it doesn't recognize the product.  I downloaded Pro XI, Standard, and a couple other ones.  None of them work.
