Download issues

I have just started having issues with downloading some statements.  I am able to download 1 or 2 then get the error message that I cant download

What program are you working with? What do you mean by statements? Downloading from where?

I am using adobe Acrobat reader.  The ataetment can be from my bank or phone company.   The weird part is some of the statement come through great but other come up with the error message.
