Download PDF button opens the PDF in Acrobat - I want to download it!

When I click the 'download pdf' icon / button in the Adobe Acrobat extension, it opens the PDF I'm looking at in Adobe PDF.

How do I get it to actually download the PDF please?

This is a setting of your browser. What browser are you using?

I'm using Chrome, and I have checked the settings as follows: Settings > Security and Privacy > Site Settings > Additional Content Settings > PDF Documents > Download PDFs

Any ideas please?

Then it should work... Does this only happen in the Adobe Document Cloud?

It happens whenever I read PDFs in Chrome:

This extension only takes care of creating PDFs, not displaying them. Chrome uses its own internal PDF plugin to show them. You should ask in a Chrome forum about this issue.
