Downloading AcrobatProDC on Macbook

Every time I try to download AcrobatProDC on my Macbook it says that an unexpected error has been encountered. I need this downloaded ASAP so I'm not sure how to fix this issue. I've tried to download creativecloud uninstaller and it says and unexpected error has been encountered there as well. Please help.

We're sorry for the trouble you had while download Acrobat Pro DC, please reboot the machine once, then use a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari to download Acrobat Pro DC from the URL Download Adobe Acrobat DC (Continuous) for Enterprise or VIP licenses

If possible, connect the machine to a different network environment like a guest wireless network or mobile hotspot and check.

You can also refer and try the suggestions from the Adobe help article Troubleshoot Adobe download problems

1. Knowing it's a Macbook isn't enough... What version of Mac OS do you have? Please say if you need help finding out.
