Tengo una consulta, cuando trabajo documentos en Document Cloud desde el celular o computadora, no se actualiza en el otro dispositivo. Por ejemplo, modifico en mi celular y esas modificaciones no se visualizan en otro dispositivo. Por favor si me pudieran orientar.

Hope you are doing ell and sorry for the trouble. As described, documents don't get updated in Document cloud when changes made from different devices

 

Please make sure that you are logged in with the same Adobe ID on both the devices that you are using on Document Cloud.

 

Also, please logout of the Adobe Acrobat DC application on both the devices and reboot them and re-login with the same Adobe ID and check if that helps.
