E-mail button in the form doesn't work, since latest 64 bit version update

I created a form and wanted to set up an email button in the form that would open the email address and the form with attachment as an email. This only works with Adobe Reader 32 bit and Adobe Reader 64bit does not work since the last update. Can you look at this, it affects all users. This is more of an update issue with 64 bit as it works fine with 32 bit with latest update.

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

Would you mind sharing the exact version of Acrobat and OS you are working with? 

As mentioned, since it updated to 64-bit, the form has stopped working. Open Acrobat>help>repair installation

Suppose that doesn't functions well. Please share the form once; we'll test the same at our end.
