Hello,
I am creating a UWP application which reders a bunch of PDF documents. I would like to be able to edit PDFs and save them as a different document. Additionally if possible, would like to integrate electronic signatures. Any pointers as to how to go about it would be helpful and greatly appreciated!

I don't know what a UWP application is. To do these things on Mac or Windows, you can subscribe to Acrobat Pro, and do them in the Acrobat Pro app (not your own).
