Eliminating every other page

I've downloaded a manual, however, every other page is in French.  I only want the English version, beside, this makes the download and copy cumbersome.

Is there a way to delete the pages that are in French?"

Not in Reader. You cannot edit or delete pages in a Reader. If the file is not protected from editing you can delete pages in Acrobat Standard or Pro.
