Hi sullyc3po

Sorry for the delay.

We quite didn't get your query correctly. Are you trying to ask, how to enable PDF thumbnail preview setting during installation of application, so that it will be set up as default?

Is it Thumbnail preview in Windows Explorer or Page thumbnail preview within PDF? For the first one, you may refer to Enable thumbnail preview of PDFs in Windows Explorer

For page thumbnail, there's an toolpane available at the left hand side of Reader window.

What you are looking for, can't be achieved during installation.

Hope this answers your query.

Thanks,

Akanchha
