Envoi d'un formulaire à remplir par une autre personne et à signer

Bonjour,

Je suis en train de rammer. J'ai créer mon formulaire à remplir qui est un état des lieux et j'aimerai l'envoyer aux locataires pour qu'ils puissent le remplir et le signer. Et je n'y arrive pas. Quand je l'envoi, les gens ne peuvent pas remplir les champs. merci d'avance pour votre aide.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described when you send the PDF form for signature the people can not fill in the fields.

I have checked the Adobe account with the email you are using on this community and found that you have a subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to create and send the document for signatures?

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF form or with all the PDF forms you send for signature? Please try with a different PDF form and check.

How the users are opening the PDF form, are they using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC application (freeware) or web or any other third party tool?

What happens when they try to fill in the PDF form, do they get any error message? If yes, would it be possible to share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.
