Erreur avec enregistrer sous

Bonjour

J'ai ce message d'erreur quand je veux enregistrer un document téléchargé sous un autre nom (comme 07.06.2018):

le fichier est peut être en lecture seule ou ouvert par un autre utilisateur.

enregistrez le document sous un nom différent ou dans un dossier distinct.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to save a PDF file as you get an error message "the file may be read-only or opened by another user, save the document under a different name or in a separate folder", Is that correct?

Try saving the PDF file to a different folder and with a different name on the local machine and see if this helps. If it's a Windows machine, disable the Preview Pane in Windows Explorer and check.

Make sure that the PDF is not read-only, and the computer user profile has admin rights.

What is the dot version of Adobe Reader installed? To identify refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Is it a Mac or Windows machine? Is it possible to share the link to the website from where you are downloading the PDF?
