Why can not Adobe solve my problem ???? I bought an Adobe Lipstick! I deserve a solution to this problem! If i had bought a crappy PDF i would be using it without problems, but i wanted to prefer a company with a name in the market and i lost money! For over a year i can not install my program!

Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused to you.

As mentioned above, its a license version of Acrobat XI that you are unable to install successfully. So are you getting the error message during download or  when you are running the downloaded set up?

Also, confirm the operating system on which you are trying to install the application?

If it is a windows computer the, first run the cleaner tool before you start installing the app again- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

And then try installing the application again through- Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X

I did all the procedure you mentioned but it did not work. Keep giving the same error!
