So, sometimes (not always) I am getting error:

After error I have to close and restart IE.

I plan on testing tonight after most of our office staff has gone. Our staff depends on adobe heavily for editing so its not feasable during the day.
I will absolutely post later this evening on results with swithching the dll.

Hi Meenakshi,
I am having the same issue as Peter. I am on the same Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version: 2021.005.20048 as him as well. We tried to repair the install and reinstall the program but still receive the same above error.
Please assist us with a resolution.

Same over here. We are having around 2.000 users on multiple terminalservers.
Accounting is not possible with this error. I have no clue where it comes from.
We are using Windows 2016 with DC 2021.005.20048.
Uninstall and reinstall doesn`t fixed the problem. Tried also the cleaner tool without luck.
Tried also to run the latest Windows updates on the terminalserver.
Restart of the server didn`t solved the problem either.
Any solution you can share?

Hi All,
Sorry for the trouble caused.
The files that we are sharing over email are for testing purposes only. We cannot share those publicly for now as those DLL needs to go for certification. The team is working on the fix and we will share an update soon.
If you would like to test, we can share those with you over email.
