Error 1324 Photos2 or Volume invalid please retype

I get this message when trying to install Acrobat Reader XI and can't get any information off the web to help me. I have gone through a registry fix but that didn't help and just need to find out what I need to do. When I download the cleaner zip file it asks me to open it  in the media player or save it. when I open the zip it takes me into the meia player program on my computer and not opening the repair program. I uninstalled acrobat XI already do I need a PDF reader to open the repair tool zip

My guess, just a guess, is that you dragged your MY PHOTOS folder onto a removable disk or USB key. Put it back in, because if you do that, you can't later remove it.
