Error 1500

New Here ,

When I try to install Adobe on my friends pc, I receive at the end the message "can't install, error 1500".  I have tried a lot of things but nothing works.  Is there someone with a solution?

I have upgrade the pc from 32 bit to 64.

Hey Lieve, 

 

Do you just get the "Cant install, Error 1500" or it shows the message "installtion is in progress" as shared in the link above? 

Before you proceed to make changes in registry settings, we'd like you to follow these few simple steps and see if that works-

 

1- Open Task manager>close Acrobat processes running at the background.

2- Run cleaner tool to remove the application's traces. (if there was anything installed earlier)

3- Try installing the app again using this link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
