Error in Signature Menu

I have installed Adobe Reader and I neel to sign some documents.

 

The problem is that the signature option gives me an error every time I try to access. Please see the screenshots.

 

Errors:

- PPKHandlerImpl-83

- Secutiry Console-430

 

I already tried to uninstall and install again.

I friend of mine have the same computer and same Windows version, and it works fine there.

Versão do app é 2019.008.20071

Versão do SO é Windows 10

Ta dando esse erro: PPKHandlerImpl-83 toda vez que vou assinar um documento com certificado digital.

E esse outro erro: Console Secutiry-430 ao tentar abrir a categoria assinatura depois a opção mais.
