Error Message - Can't Save PDFs

I keep getting this error 0xc0000022 and it won't let me save and PDFs to my computer.  I have tried to uninstall acrobat from my system, but it says it's "unavailable" and won't let me uninstall or reinstall.  Help please!

I am sorry for the delay in response.

Assuming you are getting this error when trying to save pdfs in Acrobat Reader, could you please try the steps suggested below to troubleshoot the issue?

1- Download and run Cleaner tool from here: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

2- Restart the computer after then.

3- Install Reader DC from here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

    ( select the Operating System, language, and version from the drop-down options and click Download now)

Please confirm the application where you are getting this error - Adobe Reader/ Adobe Acrobat?
