error message when booting computer

Every time I boot my computer the Adobe screen comes up followed by two messages that read "Adobe Acrobat Reader could not open 8a32ca.a3c4e15 because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded.)"

When I click Okay, I get a second message reading the same except with this name 021d93.ffecd57. I am running Windows 10 and Adobe is not marked to open automatically. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Reader DC at least three times.

Hi Joans,

Sorry for the delay in response.

It is a very unusual issue. Could you try uninstalling Reader using Cleaner tool: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  Restart your machine and then try reinstalling the app.

Please let us know if that helps. Or if you have already found a resolution/workaround to this query, please reply to third with your findings that will help.
