Error when downloading export in Adcrobat reader-app. (PDF -> PNG)

I have an error when I want to download my export in Adcrobat reader-app. By example to export a pdf tot Png. He gives a error when I click on 'Save my export'. The app gives then the announcement that there went something wrong with the download of the file(s). The internet connection is perfect and i intalled the lates versions op de Acrobat reader. How can I fix this?

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader.

 

Do you experience this issue with all the files? The location of the file could play a role in this.

 

I tried converting a PDF file to PNG at my end, and it worked. Also, I saved a copy of the file on my local storage to eliminate any chances of permission issues. 

 

Also, I suggest you check if the file is not restricted to editing or modifications, which may hinder the process.

Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the workflow you are following for a better understanding and assistance?

 

While you do so, I suggest you also check the file permissions of your device and check if file access is allowed.
