error when open the dpf file

hi Adobe support team

please help me. i have error below

when using Adobe Reader DC to view pdf file, cannot view with error as. but i can read this file by Forxit Reader

and when we open the file PDF with Adobe Pro, cannot not modify file. when i type "a" it will under stand "d"; type "1" under stand "3"

can you help me to fix?

Assuming, that you are facing this issue with only a particular PDF, this usually happens if either the document is scanned with low DPI or partially OCRed.

Thanks for your support

We found that we only have problem with the PDF file that have Arial font.

è We thonking about our computer has conflict on font.

We try to delete all font on error computer then restart computer, then copy all font from the computer that can view PDF file well --> we solve problem
