Error when trying to update or uninstall

Hello,

As I have already written here. Can I unfortunately not my Adobe Reader XI update or generally Uninstall. He tells me "HKEY_LOCAL_MASCHINE32\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Option\AcroExt.exe" although I am logged on as an administrator. Clean up the Regestrie of the Windows PC or delete the folder brought unfortunately 0 success. Also after several times restart the PC's. Even her cleaner said that although everything is deleted, it is still there with the same error. Also the same version again to install brought the same error out (also as Admin)

Could you please confirm if you have tried running Cleaner tool to uninstall Reader?
