Export PDF Form Filler Data To Custom XML Format

New Here ,
Nov 15, 2017 Nov 15, 2017

In earlier versions of PDF Form Filler, I was able to do the following:

  • Indicate which fields where exported.
  • Assign custom XML tags for each field exported.
  • Define the XML file format.
  • Define the order in which the data was exported.

Other than the default exporting PDF data to XML format function, does the Adobe Acrobat DC 2015.006 have any of the above capabilities or have those functionalities be moved to other Adobe products?  I have been searching for hours trying to find a direct answer to my question and have been totally unsuccessful..

The default export option is not practical because it exports data in alphabetical order by field name. I would be happy If it exported it by Tab Order..

Hi Samb,

Sorry for the delay in response.

By default, the option to export file is mentioned here and you can export as (CSV or XML): Collecting and managing PDF form data, Adobe Acrobat

And I am moving this thread to Form space, you may wait for more inputs from experts on this.
