Purchased a new laptop the same brand Fujitsu, how does one export Acrobat reader from one laptop to another or is it not necessary!?

Not necessary. Acrobat Reader is free. Download and install it.

As BerndAlheit mentioned above, it is not necessary to export the Acrobat Reader application from one laptop to another.
