Exporting file to Microsoft Word does not work

Exporting a file to Word does not work. There is no error message. The file just won't export. Any fix for this?

  • Adobe Acrobat product and version number (updated to its latest version or not?)
  • Operating system and version
  • A brief description of what steps are you following to do the export
  • What version of MS Office are you using
