Exporting to PPT

I seem to be stuck in a loop. I have an Adobe account with the Export PDF product which says I should be able to export a file to a PPT format. But when I try to do that, it tells me I need to upgrade. Then I click in to upgrade and it tells me that I already have that service. What to do?  There doesn't see to be an option to talk to a real person at Adobe to help me be able to use the product I paid for (or pay to upgrade if that's what's required).

The Adobe Export PDF service does not export to PowerPoint. You would need either the Adobe PDF Pack or the full version of Adobe Acrobat.
