Diese Fehlermeldung kommt regelmässig bei einem User auf unserer Terminal-Server-Farm.
"Die initialisierung des Rastermoduls ist fehlgeschlagen" wenn er versucht das PDF zu drucken.

Sofort beim starten des Druckdialogs.

Nur bei diesen einem User von 200 auf 15 verschieden Windows 2016 Servern.

Hat irgendwer eine Idee dazu?

Thanks for reaching out.

The user you are referring to above probably needs to uninstall the application and then reinstall it. 

Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s files traces:

and download the Acrobat Reader again: https://helpx.adobe.com/reader/get-started.html

Hi Akanchha,

the error have only one user from more than 200 on a terminal server farm.

He is every day on an other server but have the same error time by time.
