Fill and Sign Not Working on Reader Version 19.010.20099

Hello, I am getting this when I try to use Fill and Sign on Reader 19.010.20099:

There's no where to add a signature, just a blank grey box. This was working on my machine with version 19.010.20098, but since the update it has stopped working. This is on Windows 10. Has anyone else had this issue and is there a fix for this? Thanks.

All set, here's what fixed it for me:

• Disable "Protected View" and "Enhanced Security" under Adobe Reader>Edit>Preferences>Security(Enhanced)>Reboot Acrobat Reader and reopen it.

Works great now!

Disabling Protected View and Enhanced Security didn't work on my end. It seems like everything signature-related is going bonkers for me. Can't access certificates, digital signature, or written signature. Blank screens when trying to access any of it.
