Fill and sign "page disappears"

Hi,

when using the fill and sign option, the page I put my signature on disappears.

Has anyone had the same issue?

i tried phoning support but i was told they cant help.

Hi,

Could you please provide following details:

1) Win/Mac Operating System  version.

2) Acrobat Reader version.

3) Did you save the file after putting signature and closed it  and when u opened it again then page disappeared? or any other steps you followed?

Could you please share the sample file?

1.I am running windows 10.

3. yes i saved the file, however, the page had already disappeared.

the minute i put the signature on the page, the page just diapers and then it can't be recovered.

i did also send the file and tested on different versions of Adobe. but same thing.

Could you please clarify on which different versions you tested? Have you tested on previous version of Reader?

One more thing is this issue coming with multiple files?

We have tried at our end on Windows 10 with latest Acrobat Reader version but we are unable to reproduce same issue.

Hi,

i have tested the signature on another file and it is working 100 %. 

is there a certain reason why this would happen?

i am happy to send the document giving the issue on to you guys, to help any other people with the same issue.

Yes, same or similar issue for me. When I click Fill & Sign, I then go to my fillable doc, I then click the checkmark or the X, and poof, the document/program closes. I then reopen, and I am given the "would you like to open the last doc that closed incorrectly (or something like that). I click Yes, doc opens, and repeat this process.
