Fill & Sign tools no longer work on existing PDFs after upgrade from 11 to DC

We recently upgraded from Windows 7/Adobe Reader 11 to Windows 10/Adobe Reader DC. We have documents that we use that have editable fields. Under the old computers we were able to edit those fields using the "Fill and Sign" tools and overlay text into those fields. With the new Adobe Reader DC we choose "add text" a

As explained above, with latest version unable to use Fill & Sign tool.

What happens when you use Fill & Sign tool to fill in a form? If your current form has fillable fields, then Reader DC should let you fill the form in same way you used to do with Reader 11.

• May be your application needs to be restart.
• Or the pdf form you are working on has restricted fields.
• You can give a try after uninstalling reinstalling the application.
