Could you please elaborate the issue a bit more? What do you mean by the not remembering the data?

Is that something you are filling in the form using fill & sign and that's not saving?

Check the app's updates and if that is pending. Or try uninstalling and reinstalling the app if nothing helps.

Hi Akanchha,

I have the same problem, I have been using signatures for long times and using a scanned image to do so.

For some reason, I have now to reselect the signature image every single time now.

I followed the steps below:

-Go to the Preferences > Security (Enhanced) settings page.

-Turn OFF the default-checked "Enable Protected Mode at startup" and Enable Enhanced Security.

-Note: Turning off the Protected mode is only for testing, please enable it back.

-Restart Adobe Reader and try signing the PDF file and then save it.

There is no changes 

I am sing in Adobe Account in Adobe Reader latest version 

I am on a iMac 2019 with macOS Mojave
