Someone sent me a PDF will filled in fields from one of our forms. The form displays fine and shows the fields; however, when I print it, I receive our form with no fields filled in. I have Adobe Reader DC and Windows 10. I also tried to print it as an image but the same issue occurred. I tried to print it on two different printers with the same result. I checked updates as well, but there were no updates to my version of Reader.
I ended up emailing the document to a colleague who has Adobe Pro. The colleague was able to get it to print properly. What am I doing incorrectly?

It's possible the author of the form set the fields in it to be non-printable, for whatever reason. If that's the case you can't do anything about it using the free Reader. If you can share the file with us I'm happy to take a look at it and see if that's the issue.
