Immigration Canada won't let me download forms. It says my computer doesn't have Adobe Reader 8 or above. From what I see, I have Adobe Reader 13. How can I access the Canadian government forms???

Again, don't open it in the browser. Save the file then open it in Reader directly and it should work just fine.

Please download the PDF to your computer first and save it locally and then open it with Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC Application and check.

PS. There's no such thing as "Adobe Reader 13". You can find the exact version number by going to Help - About Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Yes. That is why I purchased Adobe subscription. But still I received message I should have Adobe Reade 8 higher.
