I recently updated my Adobe Acrobat Reader as per a notice that popped up on my iMac. Today when I printed the first page of a pdf using AAR, the page printed as all black with the text and anything else that should have been black in white. I tried printing a few pages from within the file and just the first page printed in all black. I have no idea what is causing it. I had no problem before I did the update.
I appreciate any help!
Cheryl

Same here
I printed just the first page of a long document and it printed as a full page of black.
The text was legible as a dark shade of grey; some text boxes contining logos/signatures printed with a normal background (white).

I am having the same problem... I printed a bunch of articles for a paper I'm writing. Three printed fine, one printed all black, a few more printed fine, three printed all black.... it makes no sense. I just tried printing the same one twice and in the little preview the printer program shows me, it's all black, so I stopped it.

Update - after playing around with things... I unchecked the "print in black and white" button and that fixed it!
