Folder path on footer

I use the Acrobat reader DC to convert a word document to a pdf. I also add a signature to the word document in the prespecified filed. For some reason, the acrobat reader DC added the folder's path on the footer. Is there anyway to avoid this?

I would start by checking the settings for printing in Word and then the PDF Conversion settings to see if the file path is added as part of the printing process.

There are many many ways to convert Word to PDF, so please let us know the steps you follow. That is, what you click, what you select, what options you choose. Don't assume we know what you are doing.
