Font in form

New Here ,

Hello, I just spend few hours searching but didn’t find any helpful answer. I made a fillable form with font that I got from my customer as their company font. Works perfectly on my mac. But when I send the form to different pc, it uses arial instead. I need it to use that font I used. I read tens of articles about  embedding fonts, subsets and everything, I know how it works, but still I am not able to make it work. I made a mistake somewhere and cannot figure out where. Any ideas?

If the font can be used as the font of a field then it will be fully embedded in the PDF. To make sure that happens fill in one of the form fields and then save the file. Then you can clear the field and re-save it. The font should appear under File - Properties - Fonts as fully embedded.

You need to also make sure what application is used by the end-user to open and view the file. If it's not Adobe Acrobat (or Adobe Reader) then that might be the issue.
