Forgotten PDF doc security password

I created a document in Ai but saved it as a password protected pdf doc. I now need to make some changes and print the PDF but I've forgotten the password I set.

There's nothing that you can do about it with any of Adobe's applications.

Do you not have the original AI file? If you do, just create a new PDF from it.

I do not, it prompts me: pdf is protected
