I use a Direckt-Tek laptop for work. I am trying to login to my Form Simplicity paperwork site. It tells me that I must upgrade Adobe Reader to login. Can anyone guide me on what is wrong and how to proceed? Thanks

Download the file to your desktop.
Start Acrobat Reader in the usual way for an app.
Use Open from the File menu.
Choose the file you downloaded above.

You can get the latest version of Reader from here: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
If that doesn't solve the issue (in combination with the advice given above), contact the Form Simplicity people and ask for help.
