Fullscreen cuts off lower half of the window

When I open Acrobat Reader (the free version) in full-screen view, it is not rendering the lower half of the display, as seen in the image below. I have tested and it also does this when opening the PDF in Microsoft Edge but not when opening it via the google chrome acrobat extension. I know its not a corrupted file as this happens over all files. Additionally I noticed it happening on my other computer as well but only for a short time and it has now fixed itself on the other computer. Both machines are running Windows 10. Any Advice?
