Getting Error (103:103)

Hi Support Team,

We are using Adobe reader 15.020.20042. When launching in one citrix machine it is working without any error .But when we use the same adobe reader version in another machine , we are getting the error (103:103). As suggested we changed the setting (Disabled Protected mode at startup) but it doesn't help.

We are getting the error again and again.

Hi Supriya,

Yes still I am facing the error. What ever adobe version installed in citrix machine getting error Getting Error (103:103).
