Getting Not Responding when in Acrobat Reader DC

I noticed this morning that when I get into Acrobat Reader DC I get the message (not responding). I have tried uninstalling and re-installed and having same problem. I

have a PC and running Windows 7.

Could you please let me know if you are able to access Reader's interface, if yes, check if there is an update available for Reader, navigate to Help menu>select Check for Updates.

Are you getting not responding message when you launch the application or when you open a pdf file in the application?

What is the version of Reader installed on the computer?

To check the version, navigate to Help menu>select About Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
