About a month ago I had to install a different PDF reader in both PC's at one of my offices because Adobe previewer would not work on Outlook. This morning, the same problem suddently developed on my home office PC. I've tried repairing Outlook and removing and reinstalling Adobe but the message I get is "This file cannot be previewed because there is no previewer installed for it". When I go to the Outlook Trust Centre settings there's no option to select a PDF previewer. Since it will work with a different previewer at work, just not Adobe, I am wondering if Adobe are progressively removing this feature.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching and sorry for the trouble.
Please share the screenshot of the error message you receive.
Let us know the Acrobat and OS version currently in use on the machine.
If you are using the latest version, please check the suggestion provided by Ankit Kumar Gupta in the following community thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/how-can-i-make-32-bit-reader-update-to-onl.... If it is the same issue try the steps suggested.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Thanks for the comments.
Meenakshi, I actually fixed my problem using your answer to an earlier post, (https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/outlook-365-previewer-not-installed/td-p/1...) I removed Adobe using the cleaner tool (
https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html), rebooted the machine and then reinstalled Adobe from: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/. Now it works perfectly on my home PC. Not sure yet how it will go on the work machines,
defaultfc6n2li2ect6, you asked what we installed instead. We installed Nitro Reader. It comes with a short free trial for the full version which we let expire and it's been working fine for free ever since. One feature it has that is better than Adobe, is the ability to select and copy an entire cell, across multiple rows, from a table and copy it. If a cell in a table goes across multiple rows, with Adobe I can't just select one cell, but have to select all the cells across a row.
